Annual National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago
On May 19th, Consul General Guillaume Lacroix visited the 99th National Restaurant Association Show (NRA) to support French Companies wishing to do business in the U.S.
This year, France was well represented at the 2018 NRA Show with dozens of companies either coming from all over the country or already established in the U.S.
Professionals from the French agro-food sector presented food products, expertise and savoir-faire, as well as state-of-the-art equipment to the American market.
A French pavilion co-presented by ANIA(Association Nationale des Industries Alimentaires), Business France and the European Union, hosted 20 French companies covering all aspects of the agro-food sector, including 12 food companies and 8 equipment companies.
The NRA is a restaurant industry business representing more than 380,000 restaurant locations across the United States. Each year, the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago is a can’t-miss opportunity to discover the latest innovations in food and beverage and network with over 66,000 food service professionals from around the world. This 2018 show took place May 19-22 at the McCormick Place.
