Chicago artist donates proceeds from sale of works to rebuild Notre-Dame de Paris
Chicagoan artist Thomas Rossiter is a photographer, registered architect and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. He was shocked by the terrible accident of Notre-Dame de Paris.
«We were reduced to tears and disbelief. We each relived our relationship with the building and the city of Paris»,Mr. Rossiter explained.
To assist in the rebuilding of Notre Dame, he made a special “Rebuild Notre Dame 2019” edition of fine art prints of his pieces, in the presence of Michel Picaud, President of Friends of Notre-Dame.
«Full house tonight in Chicago for a discussion and fundraiser about Notre-Dame de Paris at the initiative of photographer and filmmaker Tom Rossitor and in the presence of Michel Picaud, President of Friends of Notre-Dame. A privilege to introduce the event», Consul General Lacroix
We deeply thank the Society Of Architectural Historians for the event co-organisation and Friends of Notre-dame de Paris for their engagement.
