Consul General Guillaume Lacroix received a warm welcome from Cardinal Blase J. Cupich on his visit to the Archbishop Quigley Center on December 18, 2017.
The Consul General expressed his wish to bring Catholic tourists to France, home to many holy sites for pilgrimage.
