Pour sa quatrième édition, Goût de France / Good France rassemblera plus de 3000 chefs sur 5 continents pour célébrer la gastronomie française. L’événement rendra hommage à l’excellence de la cuisine française et à sa capacité d’innovation. En 2017, 11 restaurants du Midwest ont participé à cet événement.
For the 4th consecutive year, on March 21, 2018, the world will celebrate Goût de France / Good France! Over 3000 chefs on all five continents will be joining the celebration. Dinners served simultaneously in participating restaurants will honor the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values: sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high-quality, environmentally responsible cuisine. In 2017, 11 restaurants in the Midwest took part of the Goût de France / Good France
This event is organized by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and Chef Alain Ducasse partnered with the Collège Culinaire de France.
